Not in love with your order from us?
We provide exchange or store credit for regular priced merchandise that meets the return requirements below. Click Start a return to begin the process. Postage is not covered on returning orders.
To process a return for an international order or simply need help with your return, please email us at support@sasaswim.com. All international returns must be submitted via our customer service team. Postage is not covered on international orders.
Please note:
- Returns must be submitted within 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed. We do not offer refunds.
- Items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return
- Shipping and Package Protection charges are not subject for refund
- If multiple returns are created for different items within the same order, they must be sent back separately with the correct returns label
- We are not responsible for purchasing return labels, labels must be covered by the customer. For help on this please email us at support@sasaswim.com
We will gladly accept regular priced returning items for a store credit via gift card. All returns must be initiated here.
All orders are subject to 1-3 days of processing time before being shipped out. During sale periods this can vary to 3-6 business days.
All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed and unworn and undamaged; no deodorant, perfume, make-up stains, hygienic sticker is still on etc.) We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

International orders are subject to customs. Any duties associated with international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Items purchased during sale/promotion periods are FINAL SALE. Please allow an extra 2-6 business days of processing time prior to shipping due to an influx of orders. We are unable to price adjust orders that have been placed or processed to match promotions/sale offerings.
All items listed as "sale" are final sale.
